Addon is not visible in editor

Hi, so I have this problem here that am not able to pick the addon I have installed. It's a simple vehicle addon made by vilas. I've unpacked the zip file, placed the pbo file in the D:\Program Files\Kolekcja Klasyki\Operation Flashpoint\Res\AddOns and am not able to choose the addon in editor.

 

 

After reinstalation suddenly works.

It was Vilas vehicle pack, I've reinstalled game and it started to work.
