.wss file problem

I downloaded a live recording of a P51 Mustang in flight, converted it to a .wss file, and placed it as the engine sound for Eviscerator,s P51, as follows:

In game, the sound is too high pitched, and too fast.

What adjustments to the "15.200000,1.000000" part do I need to make?....what do these numbers mean?

After looking at this again

From what i have seen the first number is the pitch and the second number is speed
