Kryomaani 0 Posted October 14, 2018 The default value for vonCodecQuality is 3, which results in horrible voice quality. We usually play self hosted (not dedicated server) scenarios with a handful of friends and would like to make use of the 3D audio. However, the awful quality makes it nearly unusable. Obviously the quality could be raised by changing the vonCodecQuality setting in server.cfg, but since the file doesn't exist outside dedicated servers (at least to my knowledge), how do you set the value for a self-hosted game?
