Need Help with Character Config - Characters won't respawn properly

G'day Ladies and Gentlemen of the Forums,

 

I have written a config file to create my own faction for personal use, but am encountering a problem.

 

When playing a mission with respawn active, if I use units other than my own, the units will respawn, when killed,  as I have set up the respawn in the mission parameters. My units will not. If I am using ACE3, I have to give my units a dose of Epiniphrine to get them back to functioning after a respawn. If ACE3 is not used, the units respawn and become invincible.

 

I have left a copy of my config below. Could someone please have a look at it and point me in the right direction. The config was adapted from the BIS samples and another config I looked at a long time ago.
