Has anyone made or making an sa-13

I know that theres new aa vehicles for the west and east. Like the 2 that the DKM mod made which r cool. But is there any out for the resistance team like an SA-13 or has one all ready been made?

I think someone was making a SA-13, maybe it was some mod team or some individual, I can't remember. I tried searching ofp.info and some other sites but did have no luck . I think SA-13 is mounted on MT-LB chassis, which is being made by someone. Maybe they will do a version with the launcher?
