Easiest way to add US Army Ranks to the BIS Arsenal within a DS

Long story short I'm trying to figure out which is an easier way to add custom rank patches into my dedicated server. Would attaching it to a specific uniform than creating multiple uniforms (like the 506th) with a respected rank be the easiest route, or simply placing all the patches into the Insignia option within the BIS arsenal and have members choose their patch?
