Can someone give me control sensitivity advice

So enjoying this game so far. Except, I can't get used to the stupid controls when I go into ads. There seems to be no smoothing whatsoever like in most console games. I do however see lots of advanced options, but haven't a clue what to change. Or if there is even anything to help improve it. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go into setting then click advanced and look for ads and turn the sens down until you like it.
