Arma 3 campaign not working

So I start the campaign, played the virtual reality thing,  then get to the second mission.. this is where i get issues, after setting up the target i get the obj marker and then i just sit there... im getting irritated, just bought the game and i cant even play it l. Please someone help.

1) Where did you buy it? Steam or the BIS store?

2) Maybe you need to listen to your sergeant and do what he says / follow your objective

If it's the mission I think it is, you need to run back to the firing line. Like the previous poster said, you need to listen to the Sergeant.
