However, some alterations have to be made. Appointments from section commander up to company commander will be fixed roles held by people who have been vetted and have proven that they can perform competently in these appointments. Appointments beneath section commander will be filled at the beginning of each official event. Each member will be assigned to a troop (similar to a platoon) with which they will remain permanently (or unless transferred). Our main focus is going to be around PvP Milsim - this will be with other units as well as in-house enemy players. We aim to provide a professional and high quality simulation environment for everyone's’ enjoyment. Our main focus is on the British military and we have a structure which reflects this. Our three core aims are as follows: - Consistency - Enjoyable and reasonable simulation - Historical accuracy and professionalism :: Our Events Official events are hosted on the first and third Saturday of every month with company level training events hosted on the Friday before these days respectively. They start at 1900 UK time and are expected to last anywhere up to and including 4 hours.
