Gazuba 0 Posted December 23, 2017 I've reset my phone and, of course, all apps and files are gone too. When I reinstalled mobile ops and linked it with my Google play account again. I wasn't given the opportunity to get my old base back. Instead I've to start right from scratch. Is there a way that I can get my original account back? If situation like this occurs, please contact our support on: support@bistudio.com and add description of your original account and name used for the newly created.
