Hip-fire animation

So I understand it's possible for me to hip fire as a player but if you look at the player (or ai) when they're firing, the weapon is always shouldered. 

 

My my question is if it's possible or if there is a mod to give ai the ability to shoot from the hip instead of having the weapon shouldered while firing. Thanks.

To clarify, I'm looking for the aesthetic of shooting the weapon from the hip.

I guess you'll have to decrease the AI skill below that of the player.

 

Making them look at a non-hostile target and then forcing weaponfire via the fire-action might work. I think they won't raise their weapon in that case.
