Tweaked: Tactical Ping icon and sound

Why ? "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" Now that it's been tweaked it's very hard to see on screen and on the map, even when you know the vicinity, the RED ring was way easier to spot on both.
Please change it back to the way it was for all those who use it.
