Additionally, your exact duplicate post has been removed. As for your issue, repeat after me: "Arma is not Battlefield. Arma is not Call of Duty. Arma is a beast unto itself and taxes even the best PCs." Turning every setting to Maximum, isn't always recommended. There are some settings, that when turned to Maximum, actually lower FPS. With that being said, some of the most likely culprits are poorly run servers, bad scripting, users from one side of the world trying to play on servers 1000 miles away, etc. This forum is a treasure trove of knowledge, please use it to your full advantage.
