krondike 0 Posted November 22, 2002 I've could'nt replay on the topics so I started a new topic. Then I couldn't start a new topic at the TROUBLESHOOTING FAQ so I was forced to start here. Okay here it is. The DirectX (BETA) Release Candidate 0 and the new drivers for ATI. Does'nt fix always the mapping error display. That U need to think is when does it starting to show that massage. Have u reinstall the game? Have u the latest patch? Have install some unofficial addons? (That's was my problem) I've got the same problem, in the campaign. When I start/click on the compaign the Operation Flashpoint crash and display a map error problem. It started when I istalled 1985 winter addon an unofficial addon for Operation Flashpoint. So I deleted the campaign. The same massage. But I was thinking if I delete the Iland. The unofficial addon Iland for 1985 winter maybe that's should help. The problem then was I didn't remember the name. So I haven't test if it works. But my tip is: Remember when the error start. Delete the new files if u installed an unofficial addon campaign or mission. If that's should'nt help. reinstall the game. And u can try to uppdate all you drivers. And remember ALWAYS have an ORIGINAL GAME and not a sunky f**** loose pirate copy. I'm a proud owner to Operation Flashpoint, Gold Hammer Update and Resistance!
