theavonlady 2 Posted November 22, 2002 Just looked at the update to this BIS TS FAQ item. How does DX or ATI's drivers (video?) cause the CANT MEMORY MAP error?
suma 8 Posted November 22, 2002 I cannot give you exact answer yet, as both ATI and BIS still analyse this issue. It is possible that some versions of ATI drivers allocate a lot of virtual addressing space, which is therefore not available for file memory mapping when requested by OFP. krondike 0 Posted November 22, 2002 I've got the same problem. But it start when downloaded an unofficial Campaign, and install it and then delete it. I've have don't fixit yeat, but I think you need to clean out the map that the campaign is linked to. (I've got the problem with 1985 winter campaign. I've delete the campaign but still have 1985 winter map, I don't think the map should be on the computer. But MY problem is that I don't know what name that map has in the addon folder... )
