Help with dedicated server setup

Hey, just today I rented a dedicated Arma 2: OA server from a server provider, and I'm having a hard time getting it all to work. The main issue I'm having is that the game is stuck on "Waiting for host..." when you connect to the server. I tried downloading a mission from Armaholic and setting up a mission cycle + a class Header to let the mission launch, but none of it worked. 

 

I tried searching around as well, but none of the commands in game worked (except for some player commands, like #vote restart and #vote reassign) but none of the admin commands worked.

Make sure this part exists into server.cfg
