trigger dop down menus not working

whenever i try to make a new trigger or copy an existing one it does not allow me to change the second field of the rigger. Any ideas on how to fix this? i have already tried editing the fields that i can and seeing if the option will open up after they are changed but no dice. anyone have a solution?

It's a confirmed bug.

Work around is to change your GUI size to very small.
