Finding the 'pads' for buildings

I am looking for the ground pads I see under the buildings on the maps. 

 

I got that awesome tool CompoT. With big pictures and haven't found them yet. I also tried the item database on the wiki.

What do you mean by ground pads?  If you mean the grassy part under the building that sticks out and doesn't match the ground's grass texture, those are part of the model and aren't separately place-able.
