autigergrad 2034 Posted March 20, 2017 Hey guys, Just a quick question to see if anyone else is having an issue. I rent a game server for our clan and it has performed great up until the 64 bit update came out. Since the update..the server FPS has tanked and when I do #monitor 5 to check it while in game...the memory used is a negative number now. My server is using a headless client as well. For example..with only 6 people in the server last night, the Server FPS was between 7-9 FPS and it said total memory used was -1908mb. My server mod line includes a maxmem=4084mb (set up by the host, not myself) but the only other server commands (besides game mods) that I use are -noLogs and -malloc=tbb_4malloc. I'm assuming the issue is something in the server command line re: memory usage with the 64 bit update, but I wanted to see if anyone else had a similar occurence after the update. I hope this makes sense. For reference, the rented server uses Dual Intel x5650 processors clocked at 3.2 GHz, with 48 GBs of Ram clocked at 1600 mhz per their website. autigergrad 2034 Posted March 21, 2017 This was solved. I had the 32 bit memory allocator selected in my command line.
