westoz-col 10 Posted January 29, 2017 Hi, Searched but couldn't find anyone else reporting this issue, perhaps just me but not sure why? During the last week or so after attacks on my base, I load up the replay/s, it plays for like one second then freezes. I'm unable to do anything other than double tap my iphone home button, swipe the game close, after relaunch all is back to normal however when again attempting to play the replay I get the same freezing issue. Also in an attempt to resolve I've rebooted my phone, no luck. I'm using an iphone 5, ~50gb storage available, it and game running latest versions. Can you please contact our support on: support@bistudio.com and share more details about the issue? It would be very helpful to learn more about the issue and find a fix for it more quickly.
