Been away for a while, so this is the first time I've had a chance to work on O2 since my first post on texture problems.

This is what the model looks like in MAX:

Considering that you can (theoretically) save the model using 3DSM's texture coordinates, you shouldn't be experiencing this. You could however look at the source files for the textures. I.E TextureName.tga/gif/whatever

Make sure they are sized in a power of 2. 128, 256, 512 and so on.

Also check if you might be using some kind of wrap feature either in 3DSM or O2.
