To overclock you need to have a motherboard with a Z170 chipset. 6600k overclock nicely, e.g. 4.2 defo, 4.3 easy, 4.4 prolly, 4.5 maybe & 4.6 if you're lucky Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DanielNL 3 Posted November 11, 2016 Ah wow! Yeah awesome! :D Though Intel/ASUS are rlly kinda "cheating", I mean I paid 85 $ for a H170, which can't even overclock by BCLK ! ! I mean what is this??? I mean I would get it if Z is only chipset to only OC by multiplier, but H170 NOT AT ALL?? Wtf ASUS & Intel...
