Unit Loadouts via Editor Problems?

Hello, a mission awhile back we were running had some problems.

 

The mission maker gave custom loadouts to playable characters.  When a player joined later after the mission began everyone's loadout would reset back to what it was at the beginning of the mission.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

 

Should this in editor arsenal be used on units in mission you wish to use on a multiplayer dedicated server?

because of using units  init field for that

use initPlayerLocal.sqf instead
