Eden Attributes, executed where and when, exactly?

While working on my 3den Enhanced mod, I noticed that some attribute are executed for clients and the server and I am now wondering where and when mission & object attribute are executed.

 

Mission attributes: Client & Server, (JIP?)

 

Object attributes: Cleint & server, (Jip) or only where the object is local?
