Orientation of units on ladders

Is there a way to control the orientation of a unit, while it is climbing up or down a ladder ?

On some of my ladders the orientation is correct (the unit is facing the ladder), on other ladders the unit climbs up in the way that the ladder is e.g. on the unit's rear side.

Rotating the 2 ladder points in the memory lod did not change the units orientation. Combining the 2 ladder points with a third dummy point to a face and changing the point's normals did not help either.

Are there any additional commands to define a building's ladder & orientation in the config.cpp beside:

ladders[]={{"start","end"}}; ?

Really appreciate any help here ...
