Temporary freeze in the menu after starting Arma III via Steam

Since the update 1.60 after going through the startup sequence (the bohemia screens and such) it just freezes for about 5-10 minutes.... Could this be the wrongdoing of the update? Could it mean that some mods are having a conflict with the update?
