dragonsyr 21 Posted April 27, 2016 when i hover mouse from map window to any place (menu or any tool window (layer manager,template properties,mapframes etc) the program freeze for +5 seconds Until I am able το choose something for change/pick. no matter the size of the map. it does it even with empty map is this normal??? ι can not blame my pc ...it would be ridiculous...my specs is in my signature.
