Delete key doesn't work ingame

For the life of me I'm unable to figure out whats wrong. But for some stupid reason, I am unable to delete map markers in game or units placed in the 3d editor btw. The delete key doesn't register at all.
 

 

I have a suspicion that it might have something to do with the fact that I have a norwegian keyboard, but I don't know. Any help would be appriciated.
