Intel not showing everything in Eden Edtior (Help)

With the Eden Editor i go to the intel tab ontop and it shows like the weather info but it doesn't show anything about factions being enemies or anything. Is there an advanced intel tab for just being enemies to civs or is there a totally different way to doing so?

It's in the General section if I remember correctly.
