[BUG] Science Mission Ref 2747 - Entry Vehicle Disintegrates Immediately

When launching Science Mission Ref 2747 (robotics), the entry vehicle disintegrates almost immediately because it is inserted upside down so when the chute opens, it rips apart the payload.

 

This mission is currently blocked because of this problem ... I have tried launching into dozens of different locations but it's bugged beyond completion.

 

This mission occurs in Lyot Crater on the far West side and is targeted to use a Small Rover: APXS.
