FPS goes down to 0 after hosting?

When I start hosting I get a really high FPS but after 20-30 minutes my FPS just drops to 0 for some reason.

 

My rig is:

i5-6600K

MSI GTX 970

16 GB G-Skill RAM

 

and all of my temps are good

 

Does anyone know anything about this? My area just got hit with a 5.0 earthquake just before it tarted happening (everything was running great for over an hour before)?

What mods are you using, and what mission(s) are you attempting to host? Does it happen with certain missions (or do you only attempt to host the same mission each time)?

It's a mission I made,

 

I'm using: ALIVE, Ace, CAB_A3, mrt_Accfns, RHSAFRF, SMA 2.1, TRYK, SMA3, Spec 4 vests, Kunduz, RHSUSF, Dynasound, Middle East Warfare, Nato_Rus Vehicles, Nato_Rus_Weapons, Spyder addons, and L Immerse
