torchy 12 Posted December 29, 2015 Apex Combat Group Here at The Apex Combat Group we aim to represent some of the largest regiments in the Global Scope of Forces, From all things American, the world of Russian. And everything in between. Apex Combat Group ( ACG ) is made up of several Squad size elements giving us the ability to change our play style on a campaign by campaign and/or mission by mission basis covering all aspects of the Trained Light Infantry, the Light Mechanised Infantry, the Mechanised Infantry and the Armoured Infantry, Last but not least..The Airborne Infantry! We also have a detachment of skilled pilots who represent the Apex Air Corp, flying many missions in support of our men on the ground including Close Combat Attack, Emergency Close Air Support, ISTAR as well as transportation of Person(s), supplies, equipment and vehicles. We are a Casual Mil-Sim unit with the limitations some GU's impose on there member's removed. Here at ACG you will find no one calling a higher rank by "Sir", you are not limited to the people you play with(we feel all members should be able to join more than 1 group at a time.)Worried you cant make it this week?..That's ok, we don't impose attendance ruling either! When a member of the Apex Combat Group deploys to the virtual battlefield, no matter where it may be he/she does so not just for their own enjoyment, but also for each others, ensuring everyone has as much fun as possible whilst keeping a semi realistic approach to tactics. Currently, we conduct training and operations on Mondays and Thursday, between 19:30GMT and 22:00GMT +/- 15min. We are currently recruiting in both elements of ACG, Those who apply to the Apex Air Corp will have to deploy for a short period of time with Ground Forces for familiarization purposes. In addition we run our own custom mod pack, including all the kit a member would ever require in any of our Operations, as well as the kit for our enemies. Jumping from skills and drills practice to a full blown Operation has and will prove difficult considering what we face, but we will manage.
