Spectator script: which one & how to implement easily

I'm hoping to introduce a new group to the joys of Arma 2/Operation Arrowhead. However, while I've got tons of great missions, I haven't yet figured out how to replace the seagull spectator mode with something less annoying. I've found reference to Ketegys' spectator script, but I've only found it for Arma and Arma 3, not for A2/OA. Therefore, these are my questions:

 

1) What spectator scripts can you recommend?

2) How easy/difficult/fiddly is it to add this to a bunch of missions (which I have as individual files)? Can I add the script globally somehow, or do I have to add it to each mission?
