Random arsenal loadouts suddenly greyed out

I'll start by saying that I haven't loaded/updated/unloaded any mods, but it appears that from yesterday to today, about 5 loadouts on the arsenal just greyed out randomly. I tried to unload some mods but couldn't find the issue, as it seems as though it's not caused by any mods. Also verified the integrity of the game cache, but no luck.

 

I can even make them again with all the gear that the loadouts had, so what can possibly cause the loadouts to be greyed out at random?
