I know this is a really old thread but I just ordered mine 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a ship notification or anything even thought the money was already drawn out of my account. I sent a email to their billing group under my other email but still haven't gotten a reply or anything are people still having a problem?(I live in the U.S.)
