Looking for a staff for opening tactical milsim division (unit)

Hello everyone.

Recently I left my previous units due issues with other people and their commanding actions.

I planned to join in another unit but had a feeling that I will not continue there long time.

So now I spoke with many different people, I have read, Watched and summarized all my knowledge for one decision, to open a MilSim unit.

History about me:

* Arma - played since OPF.

* Was manager of 5 battlefield communities and moved to ArmA since 2010.

* Was manager of my own clan in 2014 called GSOC (closed via military service).

* Was member in: Forgotten Honor/GSOC/IsrTG/ISR/Tier-1.

- Was applied to: US-SOCOM/506th IR/BWI/101th Airborne (Had to retire due personal bad feeling about those group (BWI - Personal time issues).

Present:

* Site developer with friend.

* Arma 3 tech issue solver (LOL).

* Have knowledge about scripting in ArmA.

* Have managing knowledge via personal managing school.

What I want from the staff:

1: To be mature and a dedicated for hard work.

2: To be in age 17+.

3: Knowledge in Arma,Managing,Scripting.
