Ace-Jack 0 Posted October 5, 2002 I've been playing the Resistance Occupation mission for a long time now. Â I had good information at the start so the extra tanks left. Â Me and about 7 others are in the woods south of the base. Â I attack the base when the resistance tanks come, and am able to take control of the base. Â I capture the BMP and use it to repell at least 3 to 4 counter strikes. But after a while some RPG comes and kills me. Â I've tried to leave the camp and kill the BMPs and tanks around the area, but someone always gets me. I like playing missions for a while, trying different things but this is getting tired. Â Any solutions?
Winters 1 Posted October 6, 2002 Hello, Here is how i did it: Break up your squads into 2 teams. Give rpgs and pks to one team and take a sniper rifle and an rpg for yourself and some back-up to watch your back. Now, Put your RPG/MG team in the woods to the northwest of the camp and put yourself in the woods to the east/southeast. make sure you have used the radio to tell everyone to hold their fire. once everyone is in position call up the tanks, they will attack from the south and draw all the attention to them. once the tanks start firing tell the rpg/mg team to open fire. (now the enemy is taking fire from 2 different directions) finally, use your sniper rifle to take out any enemy RPG and Snipers (make sure the guys you have with you are staying behind you so they dont give away your position). after a while some enemy armor will arrive from the northeast and your RPG guys as well as yourself can take them out. Hope this works for you
Ace-Jack 0 Posted October 11, 2002 Finally, last night the great Flashpoint gods had pity on me, and let me survive the mission. It did not like me in the BMP. I captured the base and placed 2 men on the north side machine guns, and went to the south side to defend from there. The resistance tanks helped too.
