The new sound system issues

There's been a lot sound threads going on around here, however I feel like this one here needs a thread of it's own. This thread is about the issues and incompleteness about the new sound effects system, but will restrict the discussion weather the sound effects didn't matched up your taste, nor the sound effects aren't realistic enough.

So there's been some issues I found in the newly implemented sound effects recently, I found out that the sound effect when being hit by a bullet is completely gone now. I kind of miss that sound effect because it adds a bit of shock and fear ones you hear that "pfft" sound when you got hit, it even gives you an instinct to take cover quickly.

Just to give a heads up. BI implemented a new sound effect when you are in a closed room your hearing will change, meaning the entire combat ambience from outside will all change into a low decibel/cloudy sound ones you are indoors. So the issue that I encountered is, I was in a single room with a team mate with me but when he started firing inside the room, he's firing sounds effects sounds like a low decibel that was coming from outside the room. It's really weird when you're hearing it actually and it kinda destroys the immersion factor.

So what are your thoughts? Any other issues you want to discuss regarding on the newly implemented sound effects as well? Feel free to post it below.

You're right, this should have been there. I won't mind if my thread will be merged there, it is up for the moderators if they feel so.

I can't tell where anything is coming from now. I also can't tell if the shot is 300 yards away or 30. I think there is weird stuff going on in the new sound models. I will admit. I have never actually been in a gunfight, so I don't know what it should sound like, but I don't think this is it.
