Is this virtual world platform interesting for ArmA game?

Here is a video I found on the internet:

It describes a new virtual world platform architecture that has some interesting features. Could it be useful for ArmA series? Is BIS interested in this?

So what happens when you put a >200km2 map into it full of much more detailed textures, trees, buildings and other objects, less intrusive LOD, dozens of AI controlled infantry/vehicles, and actual game mechanics other than just flying a fluffy monster?

Provided your engine is scalable enough and your cluster powerful enough, it's going to work - for the 10% of your users who got >75 Mbit/s downstream (or you require everyone to buy dedicated coprocessors for the algorithm of your choice).

Also, input lag will be a major problem, regardless of the game you make.
