Can't open invisible helipad Arma 3 Zeus

Hello, as the title says i can't open the invisible helipad on zeus, i make left-click on it but it doesn't makes anything, i try to open it because i want to make a unload cargo helipad for helicopters, i disabled all the mods but it doesn't work.

To make a helo land, you just need to create a waypoint crtl + right click, double click on it afterwards (left mouseb.) and select transport unload.
