How do you Show Person on Map?

What I'm trying to figure out how to do is, how do you make it to where, every few minutes or so, the map show a circle of the general location where a specific person is?

Create a marker. Make the marker circulair Give it a radius of, say, 100 meters.

At the edge of the map place a PMC soldier and have him run through a trigger, turn around and run through the trigger and turn around and run through the trigger over and over again.

When he runs through the trigger it is activated. When he is outside the trigger it is deactivated.

Everytime the trigger is activated, the marker is moved to the position of the man in question.
