New "out of memory" various errors out of the blue

Hey guys, today I have got a bunch of out of memory errors...... but nothing changed with my memory, nor is there any reason I see for this to be happening, while I am using mods.... none of this was any kind of problem before.

Not only is windows warning me with 'close the program or lose your data' warnings, but its also crashing with a failed to create texture (some directx msg) out of mem errors too...

My amount of memory nor the speed of my memory have both not changed... :(

Any clue as to why this suddenly started happening? I used to get these back when I had 4gb ram.... but I have had 8 for a year or so now, and never got these since.

I started getting these as well on occasion after the last patch. I've got about 1500 hours in ARMA on my rig and have never seen them before. Don't think it's on our end.

I too am running 8GB of RAM.

Hmmm, that's weird, I too have alot of hours of Arma 3 on my rig (742 hours) and I still haven't encountered that problem. Did you guys bought the helicopter DLC?

Maybe the DLC is generating that problem, I don't know. Check your drivers, it can be possible that a memory driver is out of date. The easiest way to update them is to use the Razer Cortex program which detects outdated drivers.

That's all I can think of to solve this problem, if it still didn't fix the problem then I'm sorry. :)

Known problem. Arma 3 has memory leak but BIS don't have time to solve this problem. They want your money for buggy DLC (TOH port without any improvement) and other stuff development.

Use a program to check your ram. (can't think of one right now but they are around)

Reduce the size of your pagefile or disable it then you will this erroe. Every second of gameplay size of memory stored in pagefile increases. Till... till it eats all of it and show error: "Out of memory". Arma 3 has memory leak.

I'm thinking it's a mem leak as well. It seems to happen about 2 hrs. into the same mission each time. I had task manager running and observed my 'free memory' degrade until it got to a point where ARMA would crash. Sometimes I get the 'out of mem' dialog box. Sometimes not. My page files is set to system managed, same way it has always been.

Check your pagefile usage with Memreduct utility in the process of gameplay. You will see that when your pagefile will be 99% full, game will crash.
