What is Bash Brothers?

Bash Brothers is an entirely open ARMA 3 group that welcomes players of any skill and experience range. For several years our group was made as a meeting point for a group of international friends, but it has now started expanding into beeing a full fledged ARMA group. We pride ourselves on being completely open for anyone, without any forms or set roles to fill, but still operate with realism, authenticity and immersion. We can be a bunch of jokers or deadly serious at the set task when the time is right.

How are your sessions scheduled?

We try to fit as many time zones as possible, since we have members from Europe, US, and the UK. Our main sessions are Tuesdays, Saturdays, Sundays at 9 pm GMT+1. This makes it possible for many different time zones to join us. When a session is scheduled you will see it under the event listing on our steam group. It is important to be aware about these events, and decide if you have time to join or not. When the session has started we get together, select a couple of missions and go at it.

General requirements.

Even though we are an open group, we still have some general requirements you should adhere to before deciding to join. These are:

• Be over the age of 18. Our playerbase has an age range of 21-39. We like to keep a mature audience.
  
• You must download PlayWithSix and subscribe to our mod collection. You can find more info about this on our steam group page.
  
• Be a team player, and strive to give it your best during sessions.
  
• You MUST own a microphone and be able to communicate with English.
  
• You MUST download and install teamspeak. We run task force arrowhead on our server.

Video updates

We are still going strong, and looking for more people who want to join our open ARMA group. I have decided to use this thread to post gameplay videos from our sessions, so people can see how we play and if what they see is anything interesting. Some of these videos may be full length, or just short clips. The first missions i want to show all of is made inhouse by our lovable scripting genius "Monsoon".

Operation blow your load

Despite the silly name, this is a very well made mission that is both tense and action filled. The setup is simple: a squad has to navigate through Stratis at night without any NVGs, destroy air station mike and then extract. On the way there are plenty of OPFOR and flare traps to make the trip interesting. In this video the team has just finished their objective and is awaiting extract. After holding up in a small house the team get a little in over their heads.

Operation Party Hardy

Party hardy is a two part romp throughout the area of Kavala. Our squad is looking for officer Hardy who has gotten into a spot of trouble, and managed to get captured by AAF. This mission contains multiple insertions and changes of daytime, and of course plenty of bad guys to go around. A great scenario, with many fun and challenging engagements.

Which way to the front?

This is a great little mission made by our one and only Saber. We are a squad sent into a war zone to attack, and defend a nearby gas station. Things take a turn for the interesting, and our squad is caught up in a long and intense firefight. A must watch!

Dingos in the ditch

A squad of FIA insurgents are tasked with destroying a comms tower, and raiding the Kamino firing range. The squad who has been given this great task is the Dingo squad.

In this video we will be following the small fireteam of Dingo 2, who has been tasked with keeping the coastline clear for the rest of the squad. The rest of the squad consists of Dingo 1, a much larger fireteam moving in the treeline, and command elements further away from the line.
