Server addons / mods

Coming back to Arma series after a long break, a lot of catching up to do.

Ive got myself a nice little dedi sever for myself, which I will be hosting from home.

Im not looking to have mass amount of players on it, just a few mates and some randoms.

Anyway back on track,

What is the must addons / mods to have on the server these days.

Just I want to have the most and best experience, that can be offered from the all the modders out there.

This is on its own static connection in the house.

I personally would run the following as my base addon pack

@CBA_A3;@Alive;@AGM and if you have a teamspeak server, then also @TFAR

There is also a very nice quality Chinook

I wouldn't go too mad to start with.

Get a vanilla server running. If you like coop play run Patrol ops and then grow from there. (This ius a well written mission which is more than capable of being played "correctly" with a decent command and control capability, unlike other public style missions which tend to lean towards lonewolfing

Insurgency will use @Alive which is also a decent public style mission which can be played "correctly"

Yes m8, to both.

We have a "tweaked" version of Patrol Ops that we play. The mission itself is fairly moddable

There isn't as yet a complete conversion mod or a "One mod does it all", vehicles equipment, weapons, units etc like FinMod or ACE.

AGM is the most promising and the guys developing it seem to have their heads screwed on correctly. It would be nice to see all the weapons and vehicle modders working with them to create a full pack.
