Defense Missions still broken?

I have tried to load my defense missions after 6 months and they still have the same error that Curator not synced to Module. I have scanned the mission again and everything seems to be there. This broke a few patches ago and it seems to still be broken. I have done some searching, but it doesnt seem to be anyhting saying whether they changed the way the mission should be. Does any body have an answer?
