Probably you have been around with OFp and the arma series for a while and have a lot of practise with these, A.C.E. , A.C.R.E. and/or Taskforceradio. You are a professional. You know. You do. You are. You master effective speaking in calling out contacts, describing locations, tactics and countermeasures to almost any situation imaginable without depending on radio, compass or GPS. You master bounding, fire and maneuver, using the terrain to your advantage and suited to the given situation or desired outcome. You master all the possible fireteam, squad and platoon battle formations, from squad column of fireateam wedges and heavy right to a squad wedge in columns. You know what the TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES of the other members in your group are and you can take over the role of a leadership position at any time with coolness, seriousness, precision and responsibility. Everything you do is by example, so everybody will understand/know and eventually be able to take over your position. Your EGO is part of the team, it only increases for the benefit of the group and the surviving and it decreases whenever necessary to fulfill a task or provide security even when there is somebody shouting at you in a non-polite-way.
