Technical Manager - Need a Host for a server and TS..

I know this is a huge ask, but I'm looking for a co-manager to help me get an ARMA 3 Military simulation / tactical realism unit to life.

Due to the fact that I am a total moron regarding most things technical (although I am getting better), and due to the fact that I am unable to fund or maintain technically a server, I am looking for anybody who could help me do this. You will be awarded a senior position in 'The Scots Guards' and will gain my everlasting thanks and appreciation - my vision can't go ahead without this person/bunch of people to help me!

I would love it if you could fund a respectable spec server but if you are capable of hosting it from home on good internet, then that is fine too - as long as you know what you are doing. I have terrible internet and wouldn't know what I am doing so it is not an option for me. I just have a vision of how I want the server starting up and ran, and how I want the players enjoying themselves. If you can help, please do.

What I need:

An ARMA 3 Server: Capable of hosting around 10 players at the moment.

A Teamspeak Server: Capable of hosting around 10 players, too.

Somebody capable of fiddling with the server, and adding mods such as MCC sandbox, maps, vehicles and xmed.

A responsible person who wants to help start a new community dedicated to having a fun environment and promoting realism as much as possible!

arma 3 for us has gone out of fashion until more content is released.
