Please help, I think I messed up

I am getting an error when I try to start Arma 3.

lnclude file userconfig\vz_addons\vz_egti.hpp

I have tried googling it and cannot find it. I know it is an addon, but I havn't a clue which one

you just need to set up the user config properly. all you need is a folder called userconfig in your main arma folder. as you can see in the error it is looking for stuff inside that folder. just set it up like in the error message. nothing grave. just a file not found. so don't worry.

Now on to the game itself. I bought this game just to play the mod Altis Life RPG. Now I want to know is how you get whitelisted to be a cop it does not say how you go about that on the servers? Also when I playing the game my internet will not work with tablets and when I get off the game my internet takes about 2 min to work why does it do this? Well hope I can get some answers thank you!
