arma 3 missions startup parameters

hello im trying to make my own mission and i need some help i want to add parameters to the mission u can edit when u start the mission. i want to disable the friendly player markers i do not want people to be able to see there team mates when in a squad together. also i want to adjust the health/Armour of the AI. if u can help with either of these i would greatly appreciate it.
