Adding Items thats attached to the player's hands

okey so im working on a new model and im not sure how i would add this ingame and make the player hold the item in the hands and aim with it, im trying to add a camera so i want the player to hold the object and aim it strate forrower.

is there any template for this?

exp: let's say i want to add a sign then the hands to be attached to the sign holder else it would look fucked up. hope you know what im trying to say here
